Problems With Portal

I use a Vizor with cellphone to connect to portal. No problems connecting or logging in. I can search without a problem. But when I attempt to log a cache I get back a message "Bad parameters 1" and occasionally "bad parameters2" with only a "return" option. I have tried using the portal from my laptop and get a COULD NOT FIND message.

Is it me or the portal?
