+SeventhSon
For some reason, when I try to download caches from a search list, I get a message that says "...could not be saved because the source file could not be read" Anyone have any idea what is causing this? I've never had this problem before today. 7 Link to comment
+DustyJacket
Please explain what specifically you are doing and what steps you performed. i.e. are you using the search function, then checking the boxes and clicking the download button? Or are you doing something else? What choices diid you click. Link to comment
+SeventhSon
I click "search nearest caches" from my cache page. Also, I have figured out it works using IE but not Netscape but I'm still not sure why. 7 Link to comment
+gallahad
I ain't no computer guhru, but I'm wondering if you've got java enabled with Netscape. Click edit/preference/advanced and check the Enable Java box(s) as appropriate. As previously stated, I ain't no computer guhru so please, spare my feelings and don't tell me if it didn't work. +SeventhSon
Thanks for the help, but I ended up uninstalling it and reloading it and that fixed it so not really sure what the problem was. Could have been the java .... 7 Link to comment
