enfanta Posted December 18, 2003 Posted December 18, 2003 Anyone have any suggestions for puzzles or hiding strategies for an event? Don't post them here (the participants will be tipped off), email me instead. I've roped a couple other cachers into helping me with a February event. We've got a few ideas but can always use more! Thanks! Quote
+Team GPSaxophone Posted December 18, 2003 Posted December 18, 2003 I doubt you'll use this, so I'll post it here. You could have a 'write your name in the snow' contest. Yellow 'ink' shows up real good Quote
+Team Flashncache Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 Good idea, Team GPSax! But remember Frank Zappa's advice: "Be careful where the huskies go..." You play the bari? Excellent! I played from 7th grade all the way through college. It's tough to get a music prof to agree to letting you make the bari your "principal" instrument, but well worth the fight. Maybe he resisted because the low register would rattle the windows in his office! (Gotta love that low "A") Dave of Team Flashncache Quote
compass_bearing_north Posted December 21, 2003 Posted December 21, 2003 (edited) How 'bout an igloo or snow cave bnuilding contest? Edited December 21, 2003 by compass_bearing_north Quote

Another GPS game you can play in the snow is follow the leader. It's pretty easy to make sure everyone is following the same path. When you're done, compare track logs and see the difference. Quote
