Buxley's maps are pretty well up to date, but sometimes they're a bit late. Especially if caches have been archived, they can still be visible in the maps.

 

I amazingly managed to find couple of other Nordic countries maps:

 

Finland

 

Iceland

 

There's also a separate map for Greenland.
