How do I upload a picture in these new forums. Not an avatar.

I want to upload a logo design to a thread. I really don't want to have to hotlink to it.

Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine.

Doesn't that imply that the image is located on the web somewhere?

I want to upload an image from my hard drive.

Yea it does. You can get around this by uploading it to your profile (like your avatar and whatever other pics you have.) and then linking to it.

The image has to already be on the internet somewhere. Some places like geocities and angelfire won't allow external linking, btw.

Then just use the "image" button, or use the UBB IMG tag like so:

OK, forget that. I guess I won't post it. Thanks anyway.

As it currently stands there isnt a way to load it to the sight. Pics can add up quick and eat a bit of space. It very well could be a decision to stop allowing attached files in the forums.

Just to give you an idea on a forum I help run rather busy forum and we see something 800+ megs a week in attachments being viewed.

Depending on yor hosting that adds up
