There is a cache being held up in the Canada forum because an approver seems to want the cache placer to jump through numerous hoops. After the cache placer has complied, the cache is still not approved. Here is the thread: Rob Lakes' WebCam (Edmonton) Cache? It's been stated on these boards before that if there is a dispute betweeen the cache placer and an approver, that the cache in question should be posted on the forums and the readers will decide. This sure doesn't seem to be the case here -- not one person has posted saying that this cache should not be approved. Yet the cache is still not active. What's the deal here?
