+RuffRidr
That's cool, but how do you get rid of the Globexplorer watermarks? Also, I take it your area has the one meter resolutions available. --RuffRidr Quote Link to comment
+woodsters
Topozone has mapcards in which I just noticed...it's a pay subscription thing, but looks pretty cool...they do aerials as well.. On this subject as well, I just learned this past week that Topozone is a local company to where I live. Pretty cool! Rubbertoe
If you are doing that manually, you might find USA PhotoMaps useful. While it doesn't use color images, it will automatically grab any size/resolution USGS images from MSN's terraserver, and assemble it into a large map for you. It is easier to understand the program by just playing with it a while. It is really nice - overlay routes and saved tracks over the maps and everything. Donationware, I think it is. aka - free The Toe Pages WEBCAM - PICS - AUCTIONS - BLOG Quote Link to comment

+mtn-man
BTW, have you noticed that when you click on a Mapquest Map from the cache pages and end up in an area that is covered by GlobeXplorer you will see a tab at the top of the map for AERIAL PHOTO. GlobeXplorer provides maps to Mapquest it looks like. Quote Link to comment
