+Brokenwing
We are holding an event next month and I'd like to hear from those of you that have either participated in, or coordinated caching games at an event. What worked? What didn't? We've got some stuff planned already, but I'd like the lowdown from those of you that have actually done this. Thanks! Shel
what are the chances that we'd both post a thread like this on the same day? sorry that I didn't see yours first -- mine's called "event cache mixers" and it did get a post ... I also have some info I got from cache-u-nuts in Utah that I wll send you via the Web site e-mail -- if I can figure it out Quote Link to comment

+tslack2000
Craig and Georgia (the Cach-U-Nuts) put together some really good games that can be played at event caches. 3 Card Poker was one of the first games they put together. The latest one (to be played this Saturday at a Utah Event Cache) sounds like a lot of fun too. Check some of his ideas out at www.cachunuts.com. Once I get that, I'll send you the stuff I've got on some games we've been thinking about. (You too George.) Best of luck with your event! +Brokenwing
Shel: Yep, I got it! I've also been playing with the poker idea. I'll send that along with some other stuff I've been working on. Alternately, I may just post it all here for everyone to use. It will probably be sometime this evening. Thanks! Scott / Brokenwing http://www.cordianet.com/geocaching Quote Link to comment

+Wander Lost
Seth! hosted a great murder mystery cache event. Here's the link http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.asp?ID=13399 We had a great time. The clue's to the murder led us to another cache near by. We also contributed to a new cache that was placed by Seth! after the event. "No matter where you go, there you are." -- Buckaroo Banzai Quote Link to comment
Best_Buddies
Pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey??? Put a paper donkey on a tree. Enter the coordinates into a GPSr. Give the player the tail, and put a bag over his head. He has to pin the tail using nothing but the GPSr. Quote Link to comment

FYI we do have at least one active cacher that is a serveyer [This message was edited by DougsBrat on March 14, 2002 at 02:59 PM.] Quote Link to comment
