Guest arffer
Awhile back I gave you a tally for using a Maggy 315. Please deduct one from the 315 total and add one for the Lowrance Globalmap 100. I just switched due to the Maggy 315 auto-averaging issue. Thanks... ------------------ Team CacheCows of Wisconsin Quote Link to comment

Guest ClayJar
I'm getting so anxious to change my vote to Magellan Meridian Gold, but the last info I have on it is that the shipment of Meridians is still stuck in customs (expected to be out close to the 25th or so). Quote Link to comment

Guest ClayJar
Add another MeriGold as of last night, but don't take my MAP 330 off, since it's going to continue its geocaching career (and hopefully get me more neocachers in the process). Quote Link to comment

Guest rgerman95
eTrex Legend Have had it for about about a month - still on the learning curve, but it seems all I need at this stage. Want to expand into combining the mapping capabilities of a software package (yet to be determined) with uploaded routes, tracks and waypoints - that's next. Also, I just have to say that this is a great forum, with truly helpful answers to my semi-stupid beginner questions. Thanks guys and girls. ------------------ Rich in Pittsburgh N 40 33.029 W 079 59.408 [This message has been edited by rgerman95 (edited 17 October 2001).] Quote Link to comment

Guest ibreakcellphones
Hmm. Well, my first GPS was a Magellan 315. Unfortunately, it got to me slightly broken--the alarms didn't work. I spoke with CS at Thales Navigation, and they immediately offered to replace it, no questions asked. I asked about upgrading in the process. So, I'm heading over to UPS now, but will soon have a Magellan 330 in my hot little hands. ------------------ The opinions are my own, but for the low price of just $19.95, they can be yours too! Guest Walkin Stick
eTrex Legend... it works reasonably well here in central Illinois where there really is no such thing as HEAVY tree cover, but, with relatives in Colorado and Oregon, I'm considering buying another one with a real antenna. Guest bstevent
Etrex Legend. Had it for a few months. Works well under forest cover here in north central British Columbia. I finally know where some of the roads into logged areas go using the recorded track with my Mac (trying both GPSy and MacGPSPro). Quote Link to comment
