dave and jaime Posted April 7, 2003 Share Posted April 7, 2003 cant vouch for the magellan videos, but we have the garmin 12 videos in the gis lab for new students and in my opinion are of little use. try to find someone who has a gps and go out with them on a walk around you community, save the track and do some backtracking, gotos etc. the magellan manuals are very good, and once you get the hang of the menu system its pretty intuitative.
