+Olar Posted October 20, 2002 Share Posted October 20, 2002 The case I use has a closure flap on the top with a velcro fastener. Its flexible enough to bend around the mag315 antenna portion to leave it exposed for decent reception. My case was too deep for the antenna to protrude out so I placed a couple of soft foam pieces in the bottom to allow it to sit up higher. If you take a backpack with you try hanging the case from one of the shoulder straps so the antenna is at shoulder height. That way its a bit higher and not blocked by your body as much as it is when on your belt. Cheers, Olar Quote Link to comment
