+Tomebug Posted October 19, 2002 Share Posted October 19, 2002 I have a new palm m505 I'd like to start using for pocket queries. I have installed the software, and the Rich Text error patch from the microsoft website. However, when I try to launch the palm software from my desktop, I get an error window that reads "Cannot initialize the rich text support". I am told by Palm that this is a microsoft issue and I need to contact them, and I can't get any info from Microsoft because I don't have a product number (??). I know this is off topic, but I can't use my Palm for caching until I get it fixed. Can one of you help me? Quote Link to comment
