Cache recommendations for the City of London?

Hi all,

 

I am going to London on Wednesday for five days and would like to go caching for a couple of hides.

Any recommendations? Should be accesible via public transport and should not be too far from the center/south west (I will stay in Acton town). I plan to drop off some TBs, too, so not only micros, please :-)

There are quite a few very nice caches around the City of London. Two good ones to leave TB's are:

Resting Space and Last Delivery

 

Any caches in the immediate area are well worth it.

Hope this is not too late but give 'The London Stone' a try - it is very cunningly hidden!

Returned on Sunday from London.

Amongst lot of other stuff than Geocaching I managed to finish the Rainbow series and the Tomb Raider II cache,

 

Lisa, I am afraid, I haven't read your post in time but the cache's description is great.

And as it happened that I am now veryvery close to the final decision to leave Germany and head for London, I might have the chance to do so quite soon.
