+Zeryx
I'm hoping that somebody will have the answer to my issue. I got a new phone, Samsung Galaxy 24, an upgrade from my Samsung Galaxy 22. I used Samsung smart switch which transfers everything from one phone to the other so I've not missed installing something. Previously I've never had an issue adding geocaching events to my phone's calendar by clicking on "add to calendar" in the app. Since getting my new phone I'm getting this error pop up and can't for the life of me work out why. I've cleared the app cache. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've been into settings for both the app and the calendar but can't find any settings that are wrong. Any help gratefully received Quote Link to comment

SnowstormMK
That message comes up if we ask the OS for a calendar app and it comes up blank. Is it possible that you have not yet opened the calendar app on your new phone, do it hasn’t registered with the OS to say it handles calendar requests? Quote Link to comment

I'm sorry I'm unclear what you mean by asking the OS for a calendar app. I have calendar on my phone and use it without a problem in other apps. Eg my golf club app will add tee times to the calendar. Quote Link to comment
