+NickandAliandEliza
Went caching on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent today. In one cache there were two tupperware boxes complete with separate log books and goodies! Is this a record and can we claim two finds? Shall we just decrypt the clue? Quote Link to comment
dodgydaved
....possibly not. Earlier this year The Hornet found one of my caches in a bush just a few inches from a cache that had been placed there 18 months previously by a cacher who publishes his caches on another site. When I put mine in the bush I had not noticed the other cache!!!!!! ps I have since moved mine to a bush a few feet away and ammended the cache page appropriately dodgydaved I'm NOT lost, I know exactly where I am, I'm here! MCL
are you sure that one of them wasn't one of the two "cuckoo" caches, that only lives in other caches? This could very well be the case. In which case, if it was, then yes you claim both finds. No trees were harmed during the production of this posting, but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.... +NickandAliandEliza
Yep I'm sure. The log books were for the same cache. The owner has since e-mailed me. Apparently the original was swiped. It was replaced with a new one and then who ever took it put it back.........which makes two.......if that makes sense. Shall we just decrypt the clue?
