Error message when creating a new cache

I'm trying to create a new cache and when I come to the place where I'm supposed to enter the text describing the cache I all of a sudden get a warning message "This CKEditor 4.13.0 version is not secure. Consider upgrading to the latest one, 4.24.0-lts". What is this? Should I upgrade? Shouldn't that be taken care of by Groundspeak?
