Block parties and Mega events

If an event was to be a mega event but it has been given a block party designation, will there still be a souvenir for the Mega?

I believe you are asking whether Block Parties in 2025 will be given the opportunity to create a unique souvenir for their Attendees. The answer is "yes". Just like Mega-Events and Giga-Events, Block Parties will have the option to have a souvenir.
