Filter brocken?

The filter mechanism of "Find date - Between" or  "Find date - After" does not seem to work any longer (at least not for me).

STR:

- Open https://www.geocaching.com/play/search

- Click "Filters"

- Select under "Find Date" the Option "Between"

- Select a suitable range of dates (e.g 24/12/2023 - 25/12/2023)

Result:

- Caches that do not match the criteria are listed.

It seems to work for me. Are these results not correct?

Yes, those are indeed correct.

I think I found out why this seems not to work properly in some cases. It may be related to the privacy settings of the user that one tries to get the filter for. So if another user does not want that particular aspects of his or her statistics are publicly visible than the filter shows this kind of unexpected result. I'm not sure if this is really a "good" behaviour of that filtering mechanism...

It's possible, but not my experience. The search filters can be used to look at someone's find history, despite their profile public settings.

My first thought would be to look at what boxes you checked on the filters. Just an idea.
