Missing GeoTour Souvenir

I completed the Belmont County Bigfoot GeoTour (GT4DD) on 09/30/23 and the souvenir has yet to populate for any attendee.  Is there a glitch that needs corrected?  I completed and logged all 23 caches placed for this tour.

I saw at least one attendee who has that souvenir.

Edit: a bunch of people who found the geocaches near your date have the souvenir. It is definitely being awarded.

I had a theory, that maybe everyone who logged it on 9-30, logged before they set up the souvenir to be awarded. But..... all the loggers I found (Including ones who state they completed the tour on 9-30) were awarded the souvenir on 10-1.

 

You may want to contact HQ about this, as they can award you the souvenir since you logged all 23.

I so wish my state would do a Bigfoot tour. That would be so fun.
