+Marocma Posted September 25, 2023 Share Posted September 25, 2023 I decided a few months ago that I would do something special to celebrate the 1000th find of my geocache that sits outside of the cruise ship terminal in my local city. I love getting thr emails from all over the world of those who find this cache. Friday, September 22, 2023 was the day this happened. I was able to get in touch with the cacher who made thr 1000th find and they agreed to meet me at a public location. I presented her with a swag bag filled with local items. Our city gladly donated items for the bag as did out local provincial politician. A special novelty licence plate was made to celebrate this find and of course I filled the bag with local items to be enjoyed.
