Adventure lab archived, form fullfilled and no new credit received...

This update on Adventure labs was released on July 3: Adventure Lab® platform update: reduced geofence limit

We had an Adventure lab that, in order to be played correctly, had the maximum radius, 100km, activated.
When we saw this update, we archived the Adventure Lab and filled out the form mentioned in the update before August 1.
Now we do not have the Adventure Lab, but we have not received the associated credit either.
We will hold an event in two weeks and we would like to have that credit to make a new adventure lab during the event, although it will remain active afterwards, as it can be done at any time. Will it be possible to get this credit before the event?

HQ changed their mind and decided that there would be no retroactive reduction of geofencing.
