Adding new stops to an Old Adventure Lab

I created an AdLab years ago.  It only had 4 locations.  Today I found another location that would really enhance the original AdLab.  If I added this location would everyone that has completed this AdLab suddenly have an uncompleted AdLab?  What is the best way to add a new location to an old AdLab?
