All completed Adventure Labs show "no journal entries"

I completed an Adventure Lab and needed to go back to journals for Bonus hints.  Under the journal icon, all completed AL say 'No Journal Entries'.  Is this a bug or a settings problem?  There are not really any settings to change this.  So, I look at all my completed Labs, and all say 'No Journal Entries in blue color.

Any help appreciated. Thank you.

 

I reached out to Headquarters and got a very quick response to uninstall and re-install the app.  It worked!  Happy camper here.

problem resolved when I reached out to Headquarters. Uninstall and reinstall APP

Labs that I have completed that have journal entries are all currently showing them. 

If I were in your situation I would contact the ALO to get the information.

A week of pulling out my hair, asking friends for help, signing in and out and nothing worked until I saw this thread. 

 

IT WORKED!

 

Uninstall, reinstall, bingo I have journals and can go get my bonus 🙂
