How do I find the identifier (referenceCode) of an existing List?

I want to programmatically add caches to an existing List. Via the API i need to know its (BM????) identifier, but I can't see how to get this from a geoacaching.com page or an API call to, say, look up the name of a list. Guess I've missed something somewhere.

Hover a BM list. The URL does contain the reference code (BMCode).
