Private/Test tag will not clear from Ad Lab

I set up an Adventure Lab and sent the link to my husband for him to test for me.  The test went well so I set my Ad Lab to Public.  12 people have now completed my Ad Lab, and 3 others have done part of it.  However Talla64 is not able to, because the tag "private/test" will not clear from his phone on my Ad Lab page.  He has tried logging out of the Ad lab, and signing back in again.  Nothing works.  What can he do please?  We have not had this trouble with my other 2 Ad Labs when they went public.

On the list form he cannot swipe left on that test?

Did you use Private or Test when you conducted the test? They are quite different. In Test mode, the QR code it generates to scan produces a temporary version that's just for testing, that doesn't count and can be deleted with a left-swipe in the list, whereas Private is the regular version only it doesn't appear on the map. If they tested the Private version, that will have counted as a completed AL and can't be deleted.

Jeff caught what I missed. It's a big difference whether it's done in private or test mode. 

Does he have finds for those location answers?

Thank you so much Max and 99 and barefootjeff.  Firstly, in answer to your question, he did it in test mode, so did not have finds for those location answers.  He has now followed your instructions to swipe left on the list form, and it has cleared that test.  (I'm embarrassed to say we did not think of looking at the list form first).  Now that he has cleared it, the AdLab works for him.  Much appreciated.

Speaking of "private" ALs, why can I see a private one on the map? 

And I thought they had to be public? Exceptions?
