Why do I see the cache as basic on the website, but in the app it appears as premium??

You are mixing up "Premium" caches (available only to Premium Members, a setting chosen by the cache owner) with "Advanced Caches" (caches that are not available to Basic Members in the official geocaching apps.  The example you provided is an "Advanced" cache because it has a D/T rating greater than 2/2.

ok in that case they (advanced) are available in the website only
