How to switch to map screen programmatically?

Hi,

 

Is there a way to switch programmatically to the map screen (like showing the main screen or object details in Urwigo)?

 

Use case: display a message, activate/display a zone after OK and show the new visible zone on the map to the player.

I believe that the ShowScreen function does this, but I'm not certain. 

 

EDIT: No, wait, I don't think you can switch to the map. Your options are 'Detail', 'Inventory', 'Item', 'Location', 'Main', 'Tasks'.

AFAIK you can use the ShowScreen method only for mainscreen. Other screens end in an error.

My guess is that the use of the map screen is device-specific and therefore not possible from the cartridge?

 

Would be a pity! So you have to textually tell the player "There's something after you!" instead of challenging his brain a little bit....
