It seems really simple, but the advanced search is rubbish. No. It appears that the current functionality is to search around a location, OR, to search for play anywhere cartridges. I doubt this feature will be changed soon. Your best bet is to use the Geocaching.com search to search for Wherigo caches, and then to set aside that are obviously not play anywhere, ie. those that contain "History Tour" in the name.
