+mechanon Posted May 20, 2020 Share Posted May 20, 2020 On mobile data, with a consistent signal, caches aren’t fully loading. I can Navigate and Log but the Hint, Description and Activity never load. The map loads fully, as does Instagram in the same locations so this isn’t a problem with my signal or data. Mobile data is enabled for the app and I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. I’m a premium member, and my carrier is Three if that’s helpful. I’m using Version 8.23.0(2) iOS 13.4.1 Unknown Device Type (an iPhone SE 2020) Any suggestions? 1 Quote Link to comment
+Goldenwattle Posted May 20, 2020 Share Posted May 20, 2020 I had that problem recently, but I was blaming the tower, as the following day it was fine again. A friend had the same problem a week later. I had imagined it was the local tower, but I don't know the cause. I haven't tested it since as I prefer to use a GPS. The day I had the problem, I had forgotten my GPS, so it was one of the rare times I used the phone. 1 Quote Link to comment
