Mystery cache hide question

Is it allowed tovuse one of your geocache hides as a location in a mystery cache? So basically can I make it a requirement to find a container and say attach a number or hint to the container that corresponds with my mystery cache.

Yes.  Your mystery cache would be a "bonus cache."  See the Help Center guidance on bonus caches for further information.

What you're describing is what's called a Bonus Cache. See the Help Center article Bonus caches.

Thank you I was looking through the rules and didn't see that section.

This is more of a FYI than anything else.  Keep in mind that your bonus cache is completely dependent upon finding all the other caches (or single cache) associated with it.  Anything happens to them/it then it renders the bonus cache unfindable. It's that little bit of extra maintenance that sometimes gets forgotten.  I think I have two caches set up like this.  One is dependent upon finding a multi while the other is dependent upon finding 5 traditional caches.  Neither of them gets found regularly so most cachers don't opt in.
