Pocket Query to eTrex 30x?

I just bought an eTrex 30x and need some help please...

 

How can I get a PQ to my eTrex 30x?

 

I read I can use either Garmin Express or Basecamp to to this but says it can download Lists.
 

Do I have to put my PQ into a list? If so how?

 

Can I transfer the PQ right from the website or do I have to download it first?

 

There must be an easy way that I'm missing?

You can download a PQ from a link in the email you get when its ready, or from the 'Queries ready for download tab' on the PQ page. You need to unzip it, and add the GPX files you get into the appropriate place on the GPSr. On my Oregon/Montana, they go into the GPX folder, on my sons Magellan, the go into the 'Geocaches' folder.
