+adomatis
At last report, the cache "Paint Rock Intruder" (GCAF5) was lost/missing/abducked or carried away by whatever creatures live on that island. And truth is I can't properly maintain it, living so far away. Anyone who would like to carry on this Tennessee tradition contact me. By the way this is a great Halloween caching opportunity - sure spooks me every time I’ve been out there. - Doug Adomatis Travel by GPS Quote Link to comment
+honeychile
It doesn't sound as if there's anything to take over. If the cache is missing, then you should archive it so that others don't attempt to seek it out. You should also contact your approver (who has posted a note on the cache page). Quote Link to comment

If someone wants to place another cache on the island and call it something else, that's fine. But I believe it would be better if someone gave this old cache a new lease on life. - Doug Adomatis Travel by GPS Quote Link to comment
Max Cacher
I hate to lose the old ones, but it needs looking after, I live 400 miles away or I would adopt it. TG Quote Link to comment
+fisherKings
It is a great cache location....a true gem. I visited with my step-dad and my son. Great memories. Great island. One of my favorite caches. Two thumbs up as they say. -Sushi of the fisherKings Quote Link to comment
