+fractal Posted March 22, 2003 Posted March 22, 2003 If all goes well, I should be able to place the cache tomorrow and submit the cache page. I'll also have a copy of the cache page on my website before it gets approved in case anyone wants to start working on it sooner. When I get back from hiding the box, I'll make another post here with all the info... This is the last cache that I'm going to create for quite a while... Work (among many other things) has been stressing me out for quite a while now... Unfinished projects that need attention, potential business opportunities that I need to be a bigger part of, and I just plain need to rest my brain for a bit... I'll still come to get togethers and find caches, but as far as creating new ones, that's pretty much up in the air for a while. But... I think I might have just enough sanity left for a little something in late May / early June -fractal -=-=-=-=-=-=- N 45? 30.ish W 122? 58.ish Quote
+bazzle Posted March 22, 2003 Posted March 22, 2003 But the side effects were brutal! No more new fractal caches??? I am not sure my insanity could handle that. My hair would actually grow rather then end up in piles on the floor. Hmmmmm... Is that good when it grows gray? I certainly understand the feelings, but be careful. It is very clear that you find joy in creating the wonderful works of cache art that you have done. And you have one of the sharpest minds I have seen in this game (or anywhere for that matter). While you have to take care of what is important, be sure you do not lose the joys in your life in the process. Sometimes it takes years to get them back... Of course I say this only slightly selfishly . I would truly miss having new caches of the high quality that you consistantly produce. My mind not only wanders, sometimes it leaves completely. **Namaste** Quote
+fractal Posted March 22, 2003 Author Posted March 22, 2003 Submitted the cache page a few minutes ago, but from the looks of the other thread, it might not be approved for a few days.... But that's ok, because I have a copy of the cache page up on my site The puzzle could either be easy or hard, it just depends on how you go about solving the first part of it. Rated the puzzle a 5, and terrain 2 because of poor reception in the area. It's a great park, so after you find the cache, be sure and check it out. For those of you who have been looking for some radioactive marbles, this would be the place to get some I also placed some supersized radioactive marbles in there... Also left a DVD of the movie Pi (great movie..rated R), the book The Joy of Pi, the book The Bible Code, and a ton of other misc fun items.... So trade nice if ya can I hope you all enjoy the cache... -fractal Quote

Sassquatch Posted March 24, 2003 Posted March 24, 2003 to create the panavision view. I can't change it. It says I can only edit upto 1440 minutes after I posted before and I was kinda busy today. I guess this is what it would look like at OMSI on the omnimax screen. Quote
