je souhaite soumettre une nouvelle cache mais je ne trouve pas le lien.

Right at the top of your profile, is the dropdown   "Play".

Clicking on it brings you to "Hide a geocache", one of the options.

Bonjour, je ne voulais pas soumettre la cache, car je ne suis pas encore prête. mais j'ai une question: dois-je respecter les 161m entre les caches même si je souhaite créer un circuit de plusieurs caches dans un villages?

Yes: Geocache containers and physical stages of different geocaches must be at least 0.1 miles (528 feet or 161 meters) apart.

If you want to feature several interesting locations that are close together (less than 161m apart), consider hiding a multicache.  Within a single multicache there is no restriction on the proximity of physical stages.  But, each physical stage of your multicache must be at least 161m away from any other physical cache elements.
