Walden13
Can anyone tell me if there is such a thing as a tool that might log my finds for a Delorme Challenge? (In this case, SC. Not even sure I am asking this correctly, but likely someone will understand what I am talking about.) Thank you. Quote Link to comment
redsox_mark
Do you mean to check if you qualify for the challenge cache? There are a number of Delorme checkers defined on project-gc, but I don't see South Carolina. There is North Carolina. https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCTYE6/20969 You can search on here https://project-gc.com/Tools/Challenges Quote Link to comment
Walden13
redsox_mark, many thanks. Yes, I had seen those tools. There's one helpful counties challenge checker, but not the Delorme (I don't think). I was just "fishing." Many thanks. Quote Link to comment
redsox_mark
The CO could request a checker be developed for SC. As there are checkers for many states it is technically possible. And even though new Delorme challenges aren't allowed, they can add a new checker. Quote Link to comment
Walden13
OK, I will look into that. Many thanks. Quote Link to comment
The Jester
There is a GSAK macro that will check SC Delorme - Challange.gsk (it will also check a whole bunch of other Challenges - Delorme, County, other map sets). Of course, you need to be using GSAK, which can have a steep learning curve... Quote Link to comment
noncentric
It looks like there is a SC DeLorme map on mygeocachingprofile.com See here: https://www.mygeocachingprofile.com/account/myprofileUSMaps.aspx#SCDeLorme Quote Link to comment
