How do I get a free trial of premium please?

Although not obligated, all site volunteers (reviewers and forum moderators) have the ability to give a one month premium trial membership code to basic members who have never been a premium member.  There is a thread in the "Getting Started" forum where many geocachers post requests.  I am closing this thread in order to avoid a duplicate request thread.
