Barasaur
I am looking to find out if there is a list of keywords and symbols that can be used for using in logging. Example: Thank you @cacheowner for the caches and have it fill in the cache owners name in my log. Also I would like to say this is my #finds and have it put in the number of finds that this cache was. Is there a list of these variables that can be used in logging? Thanks Quote Link to comment
niraD
No, not built into the site. But some of the third-party software supports automated logging, and supports log templates with expandable keywords like that. Quote Link to comment
L0ne.R
Part of the enjoyment of cache ownership has been the connection with visitors. That connection happens with the logs they leave. 2 Quote Link to comment
on4bam
GC Little Helper is a Tampermonkey script that can do that (and lots more) in Firefox. If you're a windows user you can also use GSAK. GDAK can do it for Android. Quote Link to comment
pscwmoms
I use two apps geocaching.con and c:geo, the second has built in add in like the cache owner, number of finds, day date and time. Both have positive features. I try to add cache condition to all my logs. I like to see it from others who log my caches. Quote Link to comment
