Drafts not being saved for Attended logs

I've tried a couple of times to create an Attended log for an event I was at.

 

I selected the option to save it as a Draft and pressed Save.

 

On both my phone (Samsung S7 Edge) and tablet (Samsung Tab E), it did not save the Draft.
