+GroundClutter
Hubby and I will be driving through Oregon Sep 15-19. We'll be going down the Pacific Coast Highway to the CA border, turning up to Crater Lake, and then probably through the parks route back to Washington. Could anyone offer any hints on quick caches to grab during our mach 4 drive? Also, would anyone be interested in a meet along the route? When we get our route finalized, and the spots for our overnights, it would be great to meet up with fellow cachers for a bevvie or three. Especially a reunion with the VCM cachers!! +Sparrowhawk
Arago Cliffs, Happy 4th cache on the coast is a GREAT one! The heck with Coastal Cavern (south of Coos Bay) being archived... GO ANYWAY!! It's that good. There is one near Port Orford called Landz End. On that one, deliberately get yourself lost on a few wrong trails, THEN find the cache. The views are worth the detour. Have fun! I sure did. -Elana (a.k.a. "Sparrowhawk") Quote Link to comment
