Not really as they belong to someone ... I'd suggest contacting the owners and asking them if they would mind if you "tidied" them up a little. A laminated tag with the correct details would be easiest ... that's what I do. Quote Link to comment

You could contact the owner of the one, informing them of its condition and if they'd like anything done with it. Maybe they'd even like it back. Or, since you can't find any ID on the other, place 'em back into another cache like others have done before you. Quote Link to comment
