I have just loaded the Pocket Query Creator app onto my smartphone. I am trying to connect with my geo caching account and entering my username and password but I can't seem to log in . I have found the part in my geo caching account settings which enables me to enable apps but can't see how to add this new app. Please help!

You appear to be a premium member. You shouldn't need a third-party app to create a pocket query.

To create a pocket query visit this link: https://www.geocaching.com/pocket/gcquery.aspx

You can also follow the following links that contain useful help (all from Groundspeak Help Center):

2.1. An Introduction to Pocket Queries

https://support.Groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=117

2.2. Creating Your First Pocket Query - Steps

https://support.Groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=118

After successfuly creating and running the pocket query you should be able to access it on your geocaching app, on your smartphone.

I tried it just now. I downloaded an app called "Pocket Query Creator" by Robert Neild:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.pquery&hl=en

Is that the one?

When I attempt to login, there's an error "Login to Geocaching.com failed. Verify your credentials are correct". Is that the error you're getting?

Anyway, the developer's email address is on App's page in the Google Play Store.

On the geo caching site it will allow me to access facebook and twitter but not to add any other apps

Typical Geocaching Apps will ask for user name and password, and the first time you run the App, ask you to "authorize" the App to access the servers by clicking "Allow". There are no web site permission settings for using an App. The App walk through the process. If you want to find out the finer points of a third-party App, you may have to ask the developer.

Do you run Pocket Queries on the Geocaching.com web site, as HCompleto mentioned? If so, the paid App and others will load previously saved Pocket Queries.
