I was looking up some of my own caches which we are using to get some local families into caching and realised my premium membership must have run out because I couldn't see a few of mine which I'd made premium by mistake and was looking for to change to non premium. So I upgraded, thinking I must only have chosen the three month option last time. Then when the screen went to the completion page, I realised mine was fine but I had just spent £24.99 on the works account - which doesn't need premium. This is my own money and my company (I'm a volunteer) is a bit like a charity - I've benefitted from what Go4It! does and I won't ask them to reimburse me for what is my error, not theirs. Can I get a refund and have the premium status removed from the account? Help, please. I would never have spent it if I didn't think it was my account, I've had a right senior moment Quote Link to comment
