rmsnyder01
Can someone please helpme here? My son (8yo) and I found a cache located near our house today. There is a metal tag on the item that reads "Travel bug" and then an ID number that is "XXXXXX". There is also another ID number that reads "TB3N6Q1". We would like to move this item (or put it back where it came from). Edited April 27, 2015 by BruceS Edited tracking code Quote Link to comment
+niraD
Check out the "Trackables" section of the Geocaching 101 page. There is a lot of information about trackable items like that in the Help Center: http://support.Groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.book&id=10 Quote Link to comment
INOCsolutions
Any update on the cache you found? Hope you were able to view the Geocaching 101 page so that you can find the way to put your found item back to where it supposed to be. Quote Link to comment
+Trucker Lee
the TB code refers to the same travel bug, it is for referencing without giving the logging code on the tag. Enjoy the traveler and place in a nice cache somewhere else, it has no goal to travel to, so a picture or two for the owner to see our country through would be nice. Quote Link to comment
+jellis
Judging by the trackable log, the OP figured it out. Quote Link to comment

They found a cache but they were referring to Travel bug they found in the cache. They did not remove the cache. Quote Link to comment
