+P98
Hi all, I'm looking for online tools so seekers of some of my puzzle caches can validate their work mid-way through some of my puzzles. I'm writing some puzzles that require a bit of math and I'd like to make some "waypoints" so that the solvers can know that they have done the first part(s) correctly. I'm looking for something that works like a coordinate checker, except it validates integers and/or strings. Any suggestions? Thanks, P98 Quote Link to comment
jholly
verifier for stings For digits just compute the checksum of the digits (assuming there is more than one). Quote Link to comment

+niraD
Certitude supports keyword solutions. It also supports hints for specific incorrect solution attempts. This can be useful when people get most of the solution correct, but miss a specific detail in the final conversion of the puzzle solution into coordinates. Quote Link to comment

This can be useful when people get most of the solution correct, but miss a specific detail in the final conversion of the puzzle solution into coordinates. You can also have another set of coords. I have one if you get the puzzle correct you have a set of coords but they don't take you to the cache. Like keyword you can you use it to find the real final coords. Also instead of hints for the cache on the cache page you can have it as a Bonus info. You can also see who solved it (as long they are not anonymous) Quote Link to comment

+jellis
Forgot another great part for Certitude. You can copy and paste the whole coords into it instead of all those boxes or spaces you have to type them in. Quote Link to comment
