+cwgrizz
Ok, as a CO I understand by reading here and in the Hiding a cache Guidelines that a "Needs Maintenance" icon will be removed when the CO (me) posts an "Owner Maintenance" Log. I have done this, but the RED WRENCH for the needs maintenance log is still showing. I am going to assume that to remove the "Needs Maintenance" red wrench, I would have to delete the log placed by the individual who noted what he thought maintenance was required. Yes or no? +Gill & Tony
As far as I am aware simply writing an Owner Maintenance Log will remove the wrench. You should not delete the NM log. I suspect there may simply be a delay before the wrench goes. Quote Link to comment

+cwgrizz
Yes, thanks, I figured out what I was missing. I was thinking it would remove the Needs Maintenance log indicator on the cache page itself, but after thinking about it that would mess with the history of the cache. It does remove it from the listings in the search area. Duh! I'm old and slow. Ha! thanks again. Quote Link to comment
