Sort Caches in a List Alphabetically by Comments

I have viewed some other cachers' lists who have completed Challenges that have the caches in the list sorted alphabetically by their Comment. Where in GC.com can I go to figure out how to do this?

I would bet they did it with a third party app like GSAK. Unless project-GC does it.
