+Simply Paul
I've stayed in London Bridge Hotel, but that was 10 years ago. It was fine but no views of the bridge/Tower of London as we were on the other side. With so many places to eat in London, I'd skip breakfast and book a Travelodge(.co.uk) as they're reasonable quality (especially the ones shown as recently revamped), inexpensive and friendly enough. Some do have hot food on site too, if that's important. Have a great visit (but bring a jacket) Quote Link to comment

Quares50
I'm not in this hotel. But i think , not difficult to find a hotel in London. I've stayed in the Vegas hotel, near Victoria Station http://www.vegashotel.co.uk/) and Buckerell Lodge Hotel: http://getaways.groupon.co.uk/34616426 Kent - Lympne Castle Cottages: http://hot-voucher.co.uk/deal/travel/kent-lympne-castle-cottages-2-or-3-nig-653839.html Quote Link to comment
BOBBLES WORLD TOUR
Maybe worth a try. www.airbnb.co.uk I used it for a cheap place in Paris once. Edited March 5, 2014 by JoLuc Quote Link to comment

Premier Inn's are mostly good and fairly cheap. Travellodge's are not as nice but OK. You can pay a lot of money in London for a fairly appalling room, so do check Tripadvisor (and discount the odd bad review by the token Tripadvisor nutbags). You will be able to find hot good food just about everywhere, so don't worry about that. Philip Quote Link to comment

Cheap (about £60 per night for a double room) and clean, although rooms can be very basic and small. OK if you're planning on just sleeping there though. Couldn't afford the luxuries of Premier Inn or Travelodge. Quote Link to comment
+Simply Paul
Book 21+ days ahead for the Saver rates on Travelodge and they're pretty cheap, even in London. Prices dip again if there's any space left in the hotel a few days before the anticipated booking date too. Quote Link to comment
