When it searches to find devices it says it can't fine any, but if I check on the communicator it does find it. I have downloaded the program again but to no avail. Any suggestions? +Chief301 Posted February 9, 2014 Share Posted February 9, 2014 Which browser are you using? Some people have reported this problem with the latest version of Internet Explorer. You may be able to get it to work by going into Tools and changing your Compatibilty settings, that has worked for some folks. Or, you might consider using a different browser like Google Chrome of Firefox...they don't seem to have this problem. Quote Link to comment

Is it possible that the ones you cannot download are Premium Member Only caches? You seemingly have allowed your Premium Membership to expire -- or perhaps just obtained, but not yet logged out of and back into geocaching.com (this would reset your membership there).
