TrTekie Posted January 28, 2014 Share Posted January 28, 2014 Geocaching.com indicated that I needed the new Garmin Plugin to shoot GCs to my GPS device. The Garmin site finds my GPS device but geocaching.com does not. Anyone else having trouble with the plugin? Quote Link to comment
+JesandTodd Posted January 28, 2014 Share Posted January 28, 2014 Haha.. Yes. Today in fact. I had to reinstall the Garmin plugin and I KNOW it just worked the other day. I had to do it twice because I still had the webpage open, and then I had to 'always allow' something or rather. Just start up the process again and close out your webpage prior to opening the exe. Hope what I said was even remotely correct. I'm not the computer nerd in this family Quote Link to comment
+andyakashrek Posted January 28, 2014 Share Posted January 28, 2014 Yep, yesterday mine refused to load caches to my gpsr. I know it was working and when I went to reinstall the plugin it found the old version but as there was a newer version I went ahead and installed the new one. I also added Groundspeak to the compatibility settings as I use IE 11 and then everything was good to go. Quote Link to comment

I don't know why it thinks I don't have the plug-in, but I re-installed it and did the things mentioned by one of the first posters. Still not working. I tried it with Chrome and IE.
