firefox and the updated geocaching

some where in the updating of geocaching and the updated firefox thing went south.

the geocaching page does not render properly anymore. anyone have any suggestions to fix things.

 

and it does make me wonder if some of these changes are made just to keep programmers busy?

Do you have any GreaseMonkey scripts running?

 

When the site changes, GreaseMonkey can misbehave if they rely something about the old markup, CSS, JavaScript, etc. that is no longer true on the new site.

Do you use AdblockPlus? It mostly blanks my home G$ page. (not a bad thing to me) When AdblockPlus is off, I see the picture on the homepage, (and ads).

What version of Firefox do you have?

The latest version is 23.0.1.

 

Have you tried clearing your cache and temp files?

 

Have you tried disabling all of your add-ons?

 

Are you running more than one anti-virus/anti-malware program?

 

Can you provide a screenshot?

i ran ccleaner which cleans up spurious files and now it runs ok.

so maybe that was the cause.
